As a devoted husband, father of two daughters and a lovable Anatolian shepherd, I am a seasoned realtor born and raised on the west coast, with a passion for finding and creating dream homes for my clients. Although journey began in engineering at the University of Texas in the 1980’s, my heart led me to the world of design and building +38 houses across 5 states, mostly in California’s Bay Area, Lake Tahoe and Central Texas.
Aside from designing and building homes —I am a California Licensed Contractor— I also craft exquisite artistic cabinetry, woodwork, stained glass, and furniture by drawing inspiration from Japanese and European architecture.
My journey in real estate began in Texas in the early 2000’s. Currently, as a California Real Estate Broker I specialize in California’s Lake Tahoe and Sonoma county’s wine country where I am a passionate home and vineyard owner, and wine maker. My intimate connection with these areas and my unique background in home design, permitting and building, as well as 1031 Exchanges, provide me with a wealth of experience that I’m eager to share with my clients to help them find the perfect home for their unique lifestyle.
My mission for buyers is to ensure that the house we find for them bears that unique touch of their personality. I bring extensive knowledge to the table, guiding them to discover the exact home they’ve been envisioning. And for sellers, my mission is to ensure that their home-selling experience is not only seamless but also rewarding.
